Over Charging, lies and Bad customer service

i purchased a car from Omars Auto City , Thinking I made a good decision but turns out I didn't ...... I realised that i have been overcharged , I have communicated with Omars and I am just not getting any response I have asked Omars to give me a break down of what I am paying for, as the car was to be bought for R 369 000.00 , it came to my attention after I purchased the car that I was being charged for stuff I was not aware off. Amount paying totaling to R 409 900. cash price with out interest via finance i was told that i will pat R8000 per month but come month end i paid R10 000 and was told it would go back to R8000 after first instalment as thus was a trade in I have asked countless of times for communication and have got to the point where I do not want this car anymore . The service is appalling at Omars as I keep nagging for feedback . surely if you purchase goods you should have the back bone to make sure all is in good order before leaving ... I should have know better going through a dealership like Omars I would not recommend this dealership to anyone . I am so disappointed in myself and the mentality of people
