Never trust Omars Auto City in Meyerton

<p>I Purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Omars Auto City in April 2016. Within 4 four days of receiving the vehicle, there was a long list of problems with the car. They kept sending me back to Rock and Audio in Meyerton to have these problems fixed but there are still items outstanding almost four months later. </p> <p>Within 3 months of having the vehicle, the clutch packed up and upon phoning Omars Auto City, I was told to claim from my warranty. I claimed through my warranty and got the clutch fixed. 3 days after getting the clutch fixed and receiving my car again, myself and my daughter were on our way home from work when the car died on the side of the highway (right before Pierneef offramp) while they were striking in Meyerton. I called Omars Auto City on their cell phone and was told by the owner that he is on his way to Durban on holiday and I should arrange a tow truck and sort the car out. I have never heard another word from Omars Auto City and my car has now been at Autolink in Meyerton for almost two weeks while they are trying to find out why the car keeps cutting out. My point is that I have paid out more to have the car fixed and on towing fees and my car has spent more time in for repairs than it has been with me in the last two months and the staff and owner of Omars dont really seem perturbed that the car they sold me is a problem. I will never again trust a second hand car dealership and I urge people in Meyerton to get the cars propertly checked before they purchase from Omars as I now sit in a situation where I am having to pay for a car every month that is more in for repairs than anything else.</p>
