Car problematic since month one

I do not even want to give them one star. I was being **** to just to buy the car i was assured car is 100% AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. On the day of purchase we were advised the car was given a major service and that it is excellent we were not issued with a permit traffic cops threatened to give a ticket or impound car we had to request them for a permit and drive back to them for it another 60 ks the number plates were another issue whereby we had to drive up and down for another run around.
