Management Incompetence

If you are told a resort has a heated pool and that warm water is the reason you book accommodation, you expect a heated pool!!!! Not a cold pool, because the new manager decided he prefers it cold. I spoke to more than 15 other campers who had the same complaint and the management team had a different story for each person. Then we do not even touch the underaged drinking, theft of belongings, etc.
