Omar wholesale sold me a car that was supposed to come with rwc and registration but it didn't. I was made to go grt thr rwc myself, the registration expired 3 days after I purchased the car and he told me the transfer would take a week so he could buy time and never make it happen. He's a con artist. Prays on those who aren't too fami**** with department of transports system. Stay away at all costs. I consider myself extremely lucky the car I purchased is actually alright.
