Trade-in We traded our car in last year September and we have been debited t ice since then. The bank has been debiting us for the car we traded in and the one we currently have. The dealership has been refunding us for the money for the other car same day or the day after the debit order. For the past months, it has been a struggle. We must fight them before they can refund us, it's been 7 days now going to and from with them. I spoke to Subi yesterday and promised to pay before they knock off. Today still, the payment has not been made. Now they are ignoring our calls. We have bills pending payment. As to why the car has not yet been settled, we don't know. There is no proper communication on their side.
