Horrible flying experience

I travelled to Thailand from Johannesburg with my fiance and 2 kids aged 14 and 10. The flight was from Johannesburg to Nairobi on Kenya Airways and on Oman Air from Nairobi to Oman and Oman to Bangkok. On the flight to Oman from Nairobi my 10 year old daughter got stomach cramps so I asked the stewardesses if they had any medication that could assist with cramps. They said they would get back to me just now. I stood at the back of the plane with my daughter in massive pain and tears streaming down her face and they completely ignored me. My partner who is pregnant and was seated in business class eventually got one of the stewardesses from there to assist and it was fine. But for 30 minutes prior they just watched me holding my daughter while crying and continued to serve food as of nothing was wrong.

On the return trip there was a 4 hour delay from Oman to Nairobi which meant we would miss the connecting flight from Nairobi to Johannesburg. There were however flights to Qatar and to Dubai that we could have been booked on which would have got us to Johannesburg at 5am instead of the initial 1am but the airline said they were unable to assist. After much discussion a guy from Oman Air customer service said that Kenya Airways agreed to delay the connecting flight and that we would still get to Johannesburg on the same flight. He informed us that at the very worst case scenario; they would put us in a hotel as I was travelling with a pregnant wife and 2 kids and he gave me a guy's name to speak to from Oman Air when i landed. Upon landing the Kenya Airways flight had long departed and nobody at the Oman Air desk knew who that person was. Tgey then ushered us to one of the lounges where we had to sleep on uncomfortable chairs through the night to catch a 9am flight. I was 36 hours in transit in total and completely disgusted with the lack of service and lies told to us by the Oman Air staff. Nobody took any responsibility for this and we had to just fend for ourselves. Worst flying experience ever and needless to say that I will NEVER fly Oman Air again.
