these people have no cooking clue what they are doing.Thety have no banking software or any clue as to how to do business.if you have someones money and they get cold feet and want the money returned,then you must return the money.you do not have the option of a choice.the customer is Aways right.i gues they didn't get the memo because they don't have the resources to change an account
