Absolutely absurt and unbelievable client services

What a horrible experience !! My sister in law got married at this venue, the "manager" told my sister that we can come and do the decor on friday for the wedding, when we got to the venue the manager was nowhere to be found, the table clothes was dirty and the venue was untidy, nothing was like my sister asked them. When she asked the helping lady for extra tables she said that they don't do it like she wants it... i told the lady that she must bring the extra table because that is what my sister wants. We also said we want to move the tables to the right positions because we don't want to run around on the day of the wedding,... well.... the manager said we can come and decorate and get the venue ready the day before the wedding. The lady went into the back and the manager came out, in a mood she said she won't allow us to move the tables because she's got people coming to view the venue on the day of the wedding . I asked her but i dont understand what the problem is... all of a sudden she started yelling and telling me she's doing us a favour and I shouldn't get cheeky. I told her that I'm also a manager at a venue and this is not the way to talk to clients. I asked one of their workers to clean the walk because there was dirty finger marks right above the brides table, just when I asked the worker her husband (or who ever he was) sweared at me and said "as jy n manager is moet jy jou eie ***ken mense gaan rond *** die is nie jou venue nie" and so it went on!! On the day of the wedding I went to the venue early to make sure everything is ok, I just asked the lady a question and she went to the back without answering me, the manager came out and started screaming and shouting. Telling me if i want perfection I must go pay R700 per person at a venue then I can go and complain, but she only works for a boss and she's not going to take my "nonsense " She went to the other lady and told her she won't do anything i tell her to do. If I want to change anything i must do it myself. So I started recording our conversation. I told her the whole time I'm not there to argue, I just want to know a few things. Just to make my sisters wedding day the best day for her life for her. She told me "well if your a manager of a venue, why don't you do everything then i will leave and go sit in the guest house and you can do everything yourself " well.... we did everything ourselves she was nowhere to be found when the preparation for the wedding was going on... I can go on about this venue and the service !! I will never ever suggest this venue to anyone it was a horrible experience. This manager was the rudest service provider I have ever met in my life.
