Withdrawal nightmare
I was able to make a deposit, however when I tried to withdraw funds it was impossible. The bank I used (Nedbank) to make the deposit did not show on the list to make a withdrawal. I lodged several support tickets, yet no one comes back with a solution or assistance. I checked, the bank shows however if you want to deposit - just not when you want to withdraw. Support is none, best response I get is that the issue was forwarded to the relevant department and they are waiting for a reply - it's been about two weeks now and no response. Surely I can't be the only person then with a withdrawal issue where the method used to make a deposit, now suddenly are not available to make a withdrawal.

I put my money in the company now they are asking for extra money in order to release funds
