Worst rental services

Olympic realtors in Robertsham is one of the worst rental agencies I have ever dealt with. The landlord terminated their services and yet they took weeks to refund my deposit, thereafter they withheld money for an exit inspection which they never conducted. after this was brought to their attention they requested to conduct an exit inspection 3 months after their services were terminated. I have emailed and called and just received no joy now the principal owner is emailing to say I have denied them access to the premises and the exit inspection is an administration cost and their file is now considered closed.
