Useless platform and website - avoid at all costs!!

Do you deliberately not list your contact details on your website so that customers don't harass you and you can have a quiet, relaxed and stress-free day? Probably the case, otherwise you would, not even a site map on your website either. But...my actual gripe is why does your "chat" system not work? I cannot delete old chats, neither one by one nor in bulk. If I want to start a chat with a seller, all I get is an error message saying "Unable to send message. Please refresh". Restarting the PC, refreshing the browser, etc. etc. etc. has ZERO effect. In case you want to blame my PC - it is top of the range, and all software including Flash and Chrome are up to date.

There is nothing that P***ES me off more than technology designed by a human being that doesn't work. Because that's either plain stupidity or blatant laziness - someone that should have been fired ages ago.
