Technical issue prevents me from using service.

There is a technical issue with my phone number because it was linked to more than one account through Google(or something). Their solution? Use another phone number! Instead of getting developers or technician to find out why it happened to prevent and fix it, the ignore it. I have tried three times over two years to fix this.

We do see that we gave you a work around, and was waiting for your feedback to let us know if it worked or not.

Because we have a new system, we are able to access account older than 2017 that was remove prior. We will give you a call through the course of the day to get more info.
