Poor service, no assistance

Prior to my incident I have had nothing but fruitful encounters with OLX SA, since last week Monday however I have been unable to advertise and with no valid reason or contact for assistance, I have been speaking to Michelle from OLX SA support who again only discussed the problem and after 5 emails to Michelle I have decided to lay a complaint as it seems the individual is not important to an extent where I am begging for assistance with none to this point, my query was simple give me access to advertise. Very disappointed in the handling of my concerns
