Poor service delivery from OLX

Over the past few months, it's been an uphill battle to place some ads on OLX. I've had ads rejected for pricing my item too low. I check other ads and put my stuff in line with these. Surely, my second hand items are not for sale at retail prices and I can sell my stuff for what I want. Most recently, I placed an ad with a picture that I took from a website. I noticed that numerous other ads in the same category has internet pictures too. On escalating via the OLX help service, a snotty response is received to say its a \business decision". This was received from Michelle at their support team. If it's a business decision"
