POOR customer service!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

Recently OLX has changed their format to their website to try and make is more user friendly, only to have this back fire in their face.<br> Now no one seems to be able to manage to even place an ad online because it won't allow you to enter your city (or zip code as stated).<br> <br> This is my second week that I have been emailing them or assistance on what I can do to sort this out (and I am emailing 2-3 times daily as we in a car dealership so this is a big source of advertising for us)<br> They haven't responded to a single email with any assistance and blatantly ignored the email i sent (to one of their staff members email accounts and not the help centers email which i got a receipt saying the email was opened).<br> <br> I am so disgusted in their lack of consideration to their customers and the poor level of customer service.<br> when trying to update their site and make it more user friendly, they surely took two steps back.<br> The website was working just fine before, if anything needed to improve it definitely should of been their service in the help center.<br> <br>
