OLX South Africa-internal *****, incompetence,faulty system ??? which is it ?

For some undefinable reason - our 3 ads have appeared again on OLX. NONE of them are FEATURED even so we HAVE paid for this. Response from OLX - some random automated response We can not obtain a REFUND for the previously featured adverti*****t What will happen next: If we try to feature the adveri*****ts we will have to pay UPFRONT. As soon payment is made - the adverti*****ts will disappear as "REJECTED" and of course our payment also disappears. EXPLAINATION PLEASE !!!!!!

Therfore we can not feature these ads as both will disappear - the ad's AND the PAYMENT and we exclusively run FEATURED AD's

Next, on some RANDOM day, we check "our ad's" and ALL past ad's we ever placed with OLX over the past full year (and have been removed by ourselves) show up in the menu.

Therfore of course ad's WILL show as duplicated - probably due to a flawed "system" or *********** support personel. Does OLX not have a Manager who is interested in operations ????
