OLX software problem continues

I have reported about 5 times that I cannot see the number of views on my ads. I kept getting a reply they are waiting for feedback. I said don't wait for feed back, phone and escalate. From then I get no answers.<br> Its pointless advertising or editing a ad I have no idea how many people look at it. So we have a trendy company with no IT department. Poor show
