OLX disappoints again..

I wrote a review of OLX and an ad that was placed on their forum that was **********. They responded with this:

We are sorry you encountered this experience. OLX only provides the platform for buyers and sellers to meet. Please follow the advice shared by our trust and safety team given to you previously.

We want everyone to be safe on OLX. That's why we've made a whole lot of changes. Now that everyone has profiles, you can see who you're dealing with and whether they have friends in common with you that can vouch for them.

We take safety & security very seriously. If you are unsure of an ad, you can report the ad and we can check it out.

When I asked how to report this vendor (who is still happily advertising on OLX) I did not get a response..
