Olx customer service sucks

I've been a member on olx for a number of years by using my facebook account. I bought and sold quite a few items ons olx , and this morning my account is banned. There are thousands of ******** on olx that is not a verified user which ads gets posted daily , but as soon as some idiot reports a verified user, olx doesn't contact you or try to resolve the isue they just ban your account!
