OLX Check

An adverti*****t was placed on OLX ca. 28 September 2015 ( Nokia Lumia R600, Neg. Tel: *** ) Sounded good. I responded to the ad, and met the person in Checkers Oudtshoorn, 30 September 2015. He mentioned Oudtshoorn Hotel. I bought the phone, only to discover that the phone has been blocked. I find, OLX and others that allow advetising on the net should do a thorough backround -check, AND CHECK THE WORDING OF THE AD. If the d read DEFECT, I would have known..... There was no such indication, so I , the buyer must assume that the phone works! Please guys check before you allow postings on your websites. Needless to say, the seller does not respond to my calls.
