OLX cannot handle constructive criticism

I created an ad on OLX on Saturday morning. I also created an ad on Gumtree but my experience has shown that while Gumtree is more popular in Cape Town, Olx seems to be more popular in Gauteng. My Gumtree ad went live immediately but after 3 hours my Olx ad was still not live. I then paid R60 to promote my ad and at the same time I contacted their support centre raising my dissatisfaction. Guess what, they BANNED me!! Now to try and get my money back
