OLX bans the innocent for the sake of u wittingly protecting *******

Olx has banned my ads nearly every single time I have complained about ******** who mark me as a ******* because I did not fall for their tricks. A recent example is when I advertized my phone to sell. There was an interested party named Imran Khan who responded. He was in Jhb and I in Cape Town. He offered an eft in exchange for me to courier the phone to him. I agreed but said that I would not courier until the money is confirmed in my account. He sent the eft and then started badgering me to send it immediately. I would not and insisted I first confirm payment. He emailed a Proof of Payment and a copy of his ID. I thanked him but still insisted I would send it once I confirmed payment. He then proceeded to report me to OLX as a *******. Of course my account was immediately banned and I was labeled a *******. I received no call or email from OLX to enquire as to the details of the matter...just arbitrary banishment. I doubt they know what they are doing at the OLX legal department. Banning an account is an accusation and wiyhout grounds it ciuld lead to legal action from the banned party particularly if that person is innocent and the person who falsely accused them is indeed a ******* covering his/her backside.
