olx bad service

i have been a regular advertiser on Olx South Africa nearly 4 years now,,but my account was banned to log in and putting adverts.i have tried so may times by sending their moderation team a complaint messages but to my surprise they don't even bother to reply.if anyone can help me on what to do i would really be helped as i need this advertising for my bussiness
