OLX - A very frustrating site to use

OLX has to be the most frustrating site I've ever dealt with, unfortunately similair to watsapp everybody only uses it and nothing else. it seems to block me and when it does I cannot do anything, I can't search for anything I cant see my messages and I cant see or edit my adverts, this has repeatedly happened to me, when I've got hold of them they tell me what to do to fix it via clearing cookies on my computer but this has a very limited effect and then the problem is back again, anyother problem is there is nowhere on their site where there is a email addresss or contact details where you can contact them about these things, it's most annoying and frustrating, I wish more people would use other sites like gumtree,etc
