No response on user unfriendly website.

I have now tried numerous times to contact them on why my add cant post. i have read the term and conditions and my add is in line with every condition. the add wont post and olx wont reply me when i contact their help line online. i keep on getting the same spam message that has nothing to do with my add. i have also looked at another users add relating to mine and found no difference, but my add wont approve.
