Frustrating site, definitely not worth conducting business, unreliable

It is a constant frustration trying to conduct business on OLX. One moment it is working, next moment you cannot do anything on their site. When you look for items, sometimes it is displayed, other times it cannot find anything. Can you believe that when you search for cellphones on their site, it returns with " oops, nothing found" . How can a site not find one single phone???? Not to talk about the chats, one moment you can access chats, next moment its as stubborn as an mule. This is no way to conduct business. You cannot have a sensible conversation via chat. For instance, I was busy negotiating a deal throughout today, tonight the chat function is not working and I cannot conclude the deal. This is utter frustrating. I wiped all the OLX apps from my phones and hopefully I'm done with this stupid site.
