********** are on the prowl and use the media to their advantage
I am ****ed off as they are harbouring and allow ********* and ********* to advertise on their site. They need to be more selective and protect their customers.

We are really sorry that you feel that way. Being a free platform for people to buy and sell goods, there are several individuals who want to take advantage of it. Because these ******** come up with new trends on a daily basis, it makes it difficult to detect as we receive thousands of ads posted daily but this does not mean that we're throwing in the towel and allowing it to happen.
As ********** change their tactics, we beef up our processes. We do have a dedicated team specializing in ***** detection, on top of the moderation tech in place and multiple ways for savvy users like you to report anything *****. Unfortunately, ******** keep finding ways around processes but fortunately like we said, our team is always coming up with new ways such as filters, etc, to work around it.
We immediately look into any ad or user that’s reported to us via our app, website, email or our ***** hotline: *** between 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Some of these measures are new so we’re currently working on improving them.
