Hallo peter olx did not vetyfy their client I have been ****** the guy inboxrd me on olx with the ad that I posted and he came an took the TV only to find out he is a Nigerian ***** he send a spasm SMS that hevsent me the money olx should be liable because he should have checked all the guy details n verified n he is a nagarian as he claims t be a business man no I don't have money for rent

We are so sorry you came across this on our platform, we take safety and security very seriously. From our side, we can blacklist the user and removed all their ads.

We are also able to provide access logs but we need a subpoena to release this information.

Here's what you can do next:

- Report the incident to the police in order to get the subpoena
- The SAPS officer who helped you will assist in obtaining the subpoena on your behalf from the court
- Mark the subpoena for the attention of Kaashif Salie
- Ask the police or your lawyer to forward the subpoena to ***
