First thing that I asked her was if the Watch was authentic. She agreed that the watch was in a working order and authentic. I immediately paid the R560-00 into her Capitec bank account and send her proof of payment. She send me the tracking number. on the 04 May 2016, I went to the post office to collect my parcel. I was disappointed to find the STORM watch put in a DKNY BOX not the DKNY WATCH as was advertised, with old cracked strip and the watch was not in a working order. I immediately communicated with her and she didn't respond. This morning I am sending her watch back to her. I need my refund. She does not answer to my calls.
