Cant contact advertisers
<p>Now olx want my cellphone number before they allow me to reply to an advert. Absolutely no way. Why would i trust olx with my phone number. Big data is massive business these days. My number be eventually be used for direct marketing and sold on for more inwanted marketing or even worse. Sms ****s etc etc. Olx do absolutely nothing to follow up on known ********, what would make anyone believe their intentions are good with oir cellphone numbers</p>

And why are you so desperate to get my location then. Like so many websites and apps all of a sudden pushing for your location, so they can build a better profile of who is buying what and WHERE. All the better marketing tools at the expense of peoples privacy. Heard all the excuses in the world before wonder what Olx will come up with with justifying requests for my location. And yes i know it is not compulsory, but the very first thing that greets when you land on olx, is a pop up screen asking for your location. And it keeps popping up every few minutes. So why is my exact location right now so important to you?? Straight answers appreciated please
