bad customer service

i have been posting on olx for many years now , cause i buy and sell cars , one day all my ads where been rejected, sent an email asking them whats the problem, then michelle from customer support responded thta i was been investigated for *****, thta was the last i heard from her, she doesnt respond to my e mails, they dont care about their customers, they spend a lot of money on ads for tv and radio but they dont want to keep customers, i have done nothing wrong to be banned from olx , i said to them please produce evidence of any wrong doing,
