Always Batteling to place adds

Since there new System on olx I have to contact call centre to activate my ad everyday. In the past had problems with old system but not as bad as lately. Spoke to a manager before and they just keep on making excuses. Security can't be such an issue I still get the same amount of ********s if I don't write in my ads that I don't deal with them. And the excuse of waiting 4 to 6 hours for ad to be place is also not true tested it today. So all in all Customer service is bad. Learn from your enemy G...... Never had a problem placing ads take 1 minute and no **********. Sad part you've got more clients and I get more views from you guys that's why I want to stay with you. Otherwise I would have long left you guys. Come on Girls and guys make us happy.
