Advert placed falsely

an advert has been placed in our name selling our company, it used our details, there are no way of hetting this sorted immediately as one cannot make contact with olx. emails has been sent, with feedback saying its being looked at. how can anyone just place an ad on a platform with no repercussions.olx seems to be the perfect haven for ********** and miscreants to operate on.
