Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs

<p>I ordered four pieces of nursery furniture from Olu Kids furniture. When it arrived 4 weeks later the quality of the cot and compactum was shocking, lots of rough patches which hadn't been painted/spray painted, very poor quality wood work with lots of errors, furniture was all different shades of cream and the cot did not look like the picture on the website- it is clearly an imitation based on another manufacturers picture. Zodidi-the owner of Olu was completely disinterested in fixing the problem and she was very rude. The furniture was sent back twice, I ended up dealing with the manufacturer directly as was getting no joy out of Zodidi. Zodidi simply stopped answering my calls and blocked me on whatsapp. To this day she does not even know if I have received the furniture back and if I am happy, even though she has my money! Thank goodness the manufacturer (who no longer works with Zodidi) was willing to fix the problems and liase with me directly. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever received, it's almost laughable how terrible this business is. Avoid using Olu Kids Furniture at all costs. </p>
