Disrespectful Sales agent

I didn't even reply to the email i received from this company's sales representative. It says a lot about a company when you get a sarcastic reply to a quote request with specs. I see my animals I have just as good or even better than some humans. So, my request was for their safety when it came to powder coating of my bird cage. I am glad I got help from a professional company and the cage is being done by them with my specs as requested. (And they also are not backyard powder coaters as stated in this mail I received back)
