Poor customer service

After 3 months of waiting for an order, after which the owner assured me that it would be shipped we are still waiting! Numerous emails and phone calls with no luck! The most appalling customer service I have ever received! Advise other consumers not to use this company! There are far better companies where you can get bespoke baby furniture.
