No Show on our Wedding day. Poor Customer Service.

Extremely poor service and customer communication.

My wife contacted the above mentioned company to sit our dog on our wedding day. However on the day the sitter failed to show up or answer our calls after numerous attempts.

Further more, they didn't bother to respond until we gave them a bad review on Facebook which was 3 days after the wedding.

When contact was finally made and after forwarding the correspondence showing that the sitter left us in the lurch on our wedding day, the company insisted we should take the blame for what happened.

Their response was extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude. This entire ordeal occured while we are on our honeymoon.

Will not recommend their services.
