Olives and Plates Hyde Park Service flaw

I went to Olives and Plates in Hyde Park yesterday for a late lunch with my partner. After 15 minutes of being seated with no help, I flagged one of the managers to help us. He got a waiter to come take our drinks order, we decided to order food as well since the wait was long. The drinks came after another 10 minutes and the food thereafter. The food was good. Therefore, it kind of tramped the slow service. So this morning after my 10km walk, I decided to give the place another try and do breakfast. When we got to the patron called Noami at the entrance she told us that the restaurant was fully booked, I was at the restaurant at 09:55, (whilst some people are still contemplating on what they going to do for the day) and I was told it’s booked, there were many tables that were open. There was a bar area that was open. I asked her to give me her managers number so that I could share my dismay and she told me she would get him. When the manager arrived he uttered the same thing except that he could give us a table provided we eat quickly. His words were ‘you must eat quick quick’ I miss the old Social Kitchen which was here at Exclusive Books. I never experienced this type of service. My friend and I didn’t stay. We went to Tasha’s. Olives and Plates Hyde Park in Exclusive Books, you are a fail for me.
