Aluminium window ********

This man,Simon, requested cash up front,from my pensioner parents,who did it. His quote was quite reasonable. They paid him, he fitted 2 windows but didn't finish it and did not return. When my mom called him,he gave some excuse of his worker had to attend a funeral so he could not complete the job. 2 weeks later, and many messages later,he still has not pitched up. I called him today, he promised he would come today (28/03/22) but there was a miscommunication between him and my mom. He said he would come at 12pm, it is now 3pm and he is no longer answering my calls. He is an out right *******, who acts like a saint,says all the right things. I hope justice finds him.
