**** website pretending to sell shoes and have an online purchasing system

I bought a pair of shoes on the Oliver Cabell website on 27 February 2023 and have to date not received my shoes. The website does not provide information as to the reason for the hold up since the information under my account has not been updated since 02 March 2023. I have tried numerous times to contact their offices using the online form but nobody follows up least of all acknowledged my email. I feel ****** and annoyed since I could have bought an alternative overseas if I had not wasted my time and money on this **** website.
