Very Upset

I had waterproofing done by this company. It has all started leaking once again, even although I got a guarantee from them, I have been trying to get them back to fix it properly once and for all. Every time I call they say they are coming and they do not pitch. I have now no confidence in them at all. So am actually having to call another waterproofer in to fix it properly.
