Absolutely horrific service

Terrible service. The agent does not respond to emails and texts when issues come up whether with other tenants or general maintenance in your apartment. I lived there for a year and it was impossible to reach her for anything as she would blatantly ignore my emails and texts.

I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded by an agent in my life.

I had to run around begging and texting multiple people to try get my deposit back when I moved out because my agent was not responding to my texts and emails. It took just over two weeks to get a response and get my money back and this was only after I had to report her to the manager.

I never received a single apology. Just got the money. Just goes to show how little they cared about me as their client.

Very appalling.
