Oliphant spares dont return money for broken spares

I bought spares by Oliphant spares. The item according to him was 100% working. When i fitted it into my vehicke the diagnostic machine shows that its a faulty part. I went back to exchange. He took the part back and up to now i am still waiting for my money.
