Paid but no delivery

We placed an order and paid on 16 December which included R150 courier fee for delivery to our door. On the 19th December, I received an email from Michael Meyer apologizing and informing me that there will be a two week delay in delivery. I ordered this torch for my husband for Christmas. It is now a month later and we still haven't received the torch. We have tried sending an email and phoned the Jhb and CT numbers but you get a pre-recorded message about high call volumes and then eventually the phone cuts out. On looking into this company, I am convinced that this is a ****mer.
