WORST CLINIC!!!

The service at the clinic is extremely slow. The nurses are rude and show very little care or concern for patients. The hygiene standards at the clinic are also very poor. We arrived at 10:00 AM, and it is now 14:51 PM, yet we still have not received any assistance. I have been standing in a queue for hours waiting to be attended to while experiencing severe pain, and the nurses seem to be carrying on as they please without urgency.

What is the purpose of having a clinic in our area if patients cannot receive proper medical attention? It feels like the government is failing us. There is absolutely no order at Olifantsfontein Clinic. The passages are constantly overcrowded with patients waiting to be seen.

Another concern is why all staff members seem to take lunch at the same time, leaving patients unattended. While the nurses continuously complain about being understaffed, there are many unemployed young people who have studied in the medical field and would gladly take on these opportunities.

Olifantsfontein Clinic urgently needs improvement. The current state of service is unacceptable and requires immediate attention
