The place is a no go

I wish to advise other guests not to booked Delmar's place. We had a terrible experience with Delmar. We booked a for a family long weekend vacation from the 22- 25 September 2023. 3 Days before the 22nd Delmar send me a message what there's an issue about my bookings and provided alternative accommodation that did not suit my family requirement. We agreed to settle on a full refund. However, till today I'm yet to receive my refund. Further as at 1 October 2023 he alleged that Airbnb has not paid him thus can't refund me. He has thus painted Airbnb platform in a bad light and have reported such. He has ****** an ordinary family of its hard earned money and weekend away.
