Bad service with two ladies helping people at community center

I went there to look for proof of residence ,these ladies were so rude i had to even ask them why are they helping people with bad attitude so early in the morning ?i was asking for home affairs direction ,they only said is in pretoria and never engaged more with me . I said to them please help us with respect we deserve ,they told one of the old man that municipality councilor of olievenhoutbosch was not there, and he asked for his numbers these too girls said to him "he won't answer your calls " and he said to them 'let me leave mine ' they only wrote them on the piece of paper and when the old man left the office they throwed it to the ******* bin .my heart was broken to see that happen. Imagine old man walking 3+km to there and don't get help . Please look into Olievenhoutbosch Community Center . They are not helping our people as they wanted to work for us ,they do not have good customer service...
