False Prizes Charged

I phoned this repaire shop to inquire on to how much the car brakes costs. They quoted me R395.00 including labor. Whem I arrived later that day after making an appointment they charge R800. I refused to pay this amount after insisting that it was not the quoted price. The manager was rude to me and she said I must back off. The service in this store is very bad.
