Atrocious customer services

If only you can give a negative star! Disgusting service! This lady is giving attitude towards my mother over the phone for merely asking why she has a co-payment. How can you treat someone like that. Apparently they did not have stock so they gave different medication which resulted in the co-payment. Mother offered to return it (without using it) and then she becomes nasty with her. For what!?? where is the customer services here!
